Customer service is great too. The call centre is based here in Australia, not halfway across the world, and operators are standing by to answer questions in a friendly, helpful manner
Plus, Amaysim doesn’t trap you in a binding commitment. There’s no contract: this type of plan is called On Account. All you have to do is sign up and activate online by giving them your credit card or bank account details, and they charge you a flat rate every month. It’s better than a prepaid SIM card because usage is unlimited, and you can cancel any time without argument or termination fees.
You won’t be able to get a new phone or upgrade your current phone, but you WILL get a great deal with your current phone.
