Make sure that the Micro SD card meet the requirement Class 10, 16-128GB (We have upgraded our dash cam and now it supports MICRO SD CARD UP TO 128G. If you purchased our old model which does not support more than 32GB, we can teach you to upgrade it, it will support more than 32GB after upgrading)
The transmission distance of the WIFI is about 16.4ft, If the distance exceeds16.4ft, the WIFI connection between the smart phone and the dash cam may fail, or the image on the APP may be stuck!

Download “LuckyCam” to your phone (Please refer to the USER MANUAL how to download the APP)
Turn on the built-in WiFi of the dash cam.
Turn on the WiFi function of your smart phone, search and select the device named “CARDV-c46e7b111996” and enter the password ‘12345678’ to connect.
