You are suggested to buy class 10, SDHC, 32GB max TF card( not included).
The internal battery works for backup only. Continuous power supply is needed while using it. Tthe machine will shut down soon while power off, which is a normal phenomenon.
Being connected to your laptop, it will show “mass storage” on the screen and there will be no response while pressing any buttons. That’s the normal situation. Please connect this dash cam to your car then you can operate it normally.
